Michelle Hagan has been a writer as far back as she can remember. As soon as she could print, she started crafting stories. She began formally writing children’s stories after working as a grant writer, nonprofit consultant, and clinical researcher for pharmaceutical companies and hospitals. Her formal education is in biological sciences. She is in advocate for special needs children, special education, learning disabilities, and food allergies. She has always made a home in the midwest, born and raised in the suburbs of Cleveland and now residing outside Chicago in a lively house with three active children and many pets.
