Lai ToLee is Senior Professor and Director of the Asian Research Center for International Development, Mae Fah Luang University, Thailand. He was previously Head of Department of Political Science, National University of Singapore and Director of the Singapore Institute of International Affairs. He is currently an Advsior to the Political Science Association of Singapore.
