在照護過程中，筆者運用羅氏適應模式進行收集生理、心理、社會之適應行爲相關資料，發現個案有腹瀉、疼痛、營養狀況改變少於身體所需、潛在危險性感染、潛在危險性體液溶液缺失、潛在危險性皮膚完整性受損、身體心像紊亂等護理問題。
針對青少年著重同儕關係之建立，於個案接受放射線治療期間與個案建立個別性之護病關係，除了提供生理層面的滿足外，並教導預防感染、體液容積缺失、維持皮膚完整性之自我照護，協助運用資源重建自我身體心像之護理過程，期以此經驗能提供給日後照護類似個案之護理人員經驗分享。
Thispaperisaimedatdiscussingthenursingexperiencesofateenagerduringtheradiotherapyforosteogenicsarcoma.Throughouttheperiodofnursingpractice,theauthorusedRoy'sadaptationmodeltocollectthedataregardingthepatient'sphysical,psychologicalandsocialrespondingbehavior.Ourdatashowedthat,thepatientpresentedsomesymptomsandpotentialdangerssuchasdiarrhea,pain,imbalancedmutrition:lessthanbodyrequirements,riskforinfection,riskfordeficientfluidvolume,riskforimpairedskinintegrity,anddisturbedbodyimage,allofwhichmaycausenursingproblems.Inlightoftheimportanceofpeerrelationshipamongteenagers,thepersonalrelationshipwasestablishedbetweennursesandthepatient.Thepatientwasnotonlyprovidedwithphysicalcontentbutalsotaughtself-caringskillswhichincludedthepreventionofinfection,preventionofthedeficientfluidvolume,themaintenanceoftheintegrityofskin.Inaddition,thepatientwasassistedinhisusingofresourcestorestorethementalandphysicalself-imaging.Thepurposeofthispaperistosharetheexperienceswithnursingpersonnelwhomightencountersimilarcasesinthefuture.關聯:
