摘要：儿童视路胶质瘤（opticpathwaygliomas，OPGs）是一种罕见的低级别胶质瘤，约占儿童脑肿瘤的1%~5%，其中与Ⅰ型神经纤维瘤病（neurofibromatosis-1，NF-1）相关的OPGs占30%~50%。

本文将以综述形式，介绍儿童视路胶质瘤在影像学检查、病理与分子病理诊断、眼科学等诊断检查方式和手术、化疗、放疗等治疗方式的最新研究进展，为临床医生及科学研究提供新的视角。
