咯萘啶12.5mg/kg·d對中度抗氯喹的NS系原蟲亦有明顯作用,洽愈率70%,而阿莫地喹100mg/kg·d、甲氟喹100mg/kg·d及青蒿素200mg/kg·d均無治愈鼠,示后3種藥與氯喹有不同程度的交叉抗性。

上述劑量的阿莫地喹、甲氟喹和青蒿素對高度抗咯萘啶的伯氏瘧原蟲無明顯抑制作用,示它們與咯萘啶有交叉抗性。
